Hi,fads and unhealthy diets will only work for a short time if they work at all!.Losing weight too fast is very unhealthy!.We all want to lose weight quickly and if this was possible we would all be doing it!.You need to eat right and exercise too,also drink plenty of water!.Slow weight lose is better,frustrating,but better!.Don't starve yourself either as your body will go into starvation mode and you will actually put on weight instead of losing it!.Eat breakfast as this will get your metabolism started and keep it going through the day!.Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha , well i've hear that with turbo jam (workout videos) you can lose up to ten pounds &or ten inches in ten days !. they have a diet plan and workout plan and the videos are fun !. (i got mine in the mail the other day :D) I dont have the diet so i most likely wont see results that fast !. but i did lose 4 pounds in three days ! i
