Whats good food to eat when you want to get a six pack?!

Question: Whats good food to eat when you want to get a six pack!?
Answers:
High Fiber, High Protein (Yet Lean) foods, and all the vitamins to keep a overall healthy body!.
so eat stuff like whole wheat, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, chicken, no junk food at all if you are serious about this, but its okay to reward yourself once in a while!.

Doing cardio for at least 10 minutes a day when you get up (doing it when you get up is good because you don't have any food to burn off, so the cardio just goes straight to burning fat), but if you can't do cardio when you get up, doing it at any time of the day will be very beneficial!. In case you don't know what it is, cardio is just anything that keeps your body moving and your heart beating fast, like running, biking, swimming, tennis, basketball, etc!.

Losing bellyfat should be your main priority, so the abs underneath your belly will appear, but keep doing crunches and things to excersize your abs!. Remember, you could do 1000's of crunches every day and have very, very big abs, but they will never show unless you lose the layer of fat that covers them!. If you really dedicate yourself to getting a six pack, you could probably have one in a few months

I hope i helped
