How much should my daily intake be?!

Question: How much should my daily intake be!?
I'm 21 years old female, 5'11 and currently weigh 180 lbs!. My measurements are bust 39, waist 33 and hips 44!. I've lost 80 pounds so far and plan on losing 30 more pounds!. I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week now so that I can reach my goal to be 150 lbs by July!. I started in August 2007 and my daily intake was 1,600-1,800 now I've started to eat 1,200 calories but nothing less than that!. I am planning on burning 1,000 calories by walking/jogging on the treadmill an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening!. So my question is should I eat more if I am trying to burn 1,000 calories at least 5 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you can burn 1,000 calories by hitting the treadmill for a couple hours!. But, Continue doing that!. It sounds good!

1,200 calories sounds like a good intake!. I suggest really watching where those calories come from though!. Really think about what you're eating: there're calories in milk, juice, apples, fruit, whole grain bread!.!.!. it adds up where people sometimes don't consider!. However, since you've lost 80 pounds I don't know why you're asking me for help! I should probably be taking advice from you!

Keep up the good work! Amazing success!.

To stay healthy, follow the food pyramid like a religion (you can create your own here: http://www!.mypyramid!.gov/ ), and alternate the foods you eat to stay healthy!. Drinking milk with meals makes you feel fuller, and non-sweetened tea doesn't have any calories!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For sure don't eat less than that, you might want to be closer to 1500, you don't want your body to think you are starving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
