Six pack for summer?!


Question: Six pack for summer!?
I'm trying to get my summer six pack back as soon as possible and develop some better eating habits, for the most part i stopped eating fatty foods, increased my Protein intake and i work out constantly!. i am seeing results, slower than i would like, so i was wondering if any one knows of some other helpful ideas
-I eat mostly greens, carrots, Fruits, wheat thins for a snack, Lots of meats (venison lately cause its all i got in the fridge), Loads off eggs(cooked, normally scrambled, sometimes fried)
-Workouts is 5 sets of 10 (bench)
-Pushups 3+ sets of 30
-Side-straddle hops(jumping jacks) upwards of 200
-Certain Stretches
-Try to swim 5-10 laps every other day
-Started taking protein shakes, and i have been taking Hydroxycut hardcore for a metabolism boost!.
-Anything else you can think of to help me out!? I'm allergic to painkillers so i try not to run, but i will if i need to!.

or just lay on the floor with a weight and move around!.!.!. sounds weird but this is one of the best core excercises there is!.!.!.!.

Cut back on the eggs!. They are a great source of protein, but they are also loaded in fat and cholesterol!. Try to eat just the egg whites, if you are going to eat any and definitely do not fry them in any oils or butter!.

Also, you are neglecting a major muscle group that will help you burn a lot more calories and help develop your core muscels!. Your legs, in particular your quads and hamstrings, are the biggest group of muscles on your body!. Doing exercises like squats and deadlifts will force your body to tighten and strengthen your core while you workout!. I would make the squat and deadlift just as important in your exercise routine as the bench press!.

Also, cut out the wheat thins!. I know they look and sound healthy, but they are not!. They still have carbohydrates that your body does not need!. I would stick to eating mostly vegetables for snacks and occasionally fruits!.

Don't run if you need painkillers to do so!. I am curious as to why you would need to!? Try biking if it is a problem with your knees or hips!. I have runner's knee, so I bike instead of running and I use ice packs and heat packs to stop the inflammation when it does act up!.

Don;t take the Hydroxycut or any toehr fat burners until you absolutely have to!. Those things are only good to help you get that last little bit of fat off!. If you are just starting out, they will appear to be working great, but your body will become accustomed to them and they will be less effective when you start to plateau!. Besides, the thing about fat burners is that once you stop taking them, you body starts to slow down and the fat that you lost because of the burners comes back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
