Question: Help with diet foods for lunch!?
i am going to start taking my lunch to school, and i need help with what else to pack!.
some days i will take grapes or an apple, or cucumbers and a water!. but i know i need something more than that

You can eat rice cakes or nonfat yougrt!. The nonfat yougurt is actually pretty good!. I eat light and fit yogurt and it has 0 grams of fat and 50 calories (depending on the size )!. The only thing though is that they use a sugar subsitute but I personally dont think anything's wrong with that!.Hope this helps!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
