Workout..??!


Question: Workout!.!.!?!?
well i've been working out for about a month!.
and i do push ups, weights, leg workouts, sit ups, alot of other stuff!.
i do more and more everyday!.
haha!.

but i haven't had any results!.
and i would think that i should be sore!.
but i'm not!.

i feel pain when i do the workout!.
but no results!.

Hi!.
There is some important info missing in your question so it is a little hard to tell for sure but I suspect that you are training too much!.
Try this program:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Shoulders, upper arms and abs
Day 3: Back and chest!.
Train every other day, if you do too much you will not see any results and might even get weaker!. Overtraining is the most likely culprit in your case!. Don
