Bulking up!?

need help bulking up. no weight loss needed, i just need to make my arms and legs stronger, since i am a twig. also need good tips on eating healthy. oh and tighter abs would probably do me some good to.

Join a gym and do compound free weight excersises. I suggest flat bench press and squats, they are 2 of the best lifts you can do and they both work alot of muscles. Abs are pretty simple. Doing the bicycle ab work out is rated the best on many websites and also doing captains chair crunches. If you look these up on yahoo search you can find websites that will explain how to do these with pictures.
