Summer time UGHH?!


Question: Summer time UGHH!?
Ok well summer is coming up and i have alot of things i want to do!. I want to join the swim team and be able to wear a nice bathing suit!. but I'm over weight!. how long do you think it will take for me to loose 40 pounds from now!. !.!.!.!.

second question is what keeps you motivated when u go to the gym because when its time for me to go to the gym i never go because i just don't want to!. so what are some things that motivate you to go to the gymWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well these kind of questions come up a lot!.

Some time write yourself a list giving yourself reasons why you should loose weight!. Than read it before you go to the gym!.

You should drink A LOT of water!. I know that everybody says this and you think it will do no good!. Well trust me it does!.

And stretch every night before you go to bed- it makes you more flexible!.

Do little work outs at your house!. Like put some jamming music on that you like! That always keeps me going!.

And remember!.!.!. people only eat to stay alive and becuase it tastes good! So if you only eat to stay alive- than why don't you just eat fruits, veggies and be careful what you eat! You should eat a good breakfast, lunch, dinner and than somtime in the day have a snack!. And don't eat before you go to bed- it always puts weight on!.

Give yourself that goal of a nice body!. And keep thinking of this!. Never give up!!

What really got me motivated to work on my pac now is that i really wanna impress a girl I like and i know she likes swimming and showing off her body!.!.!.

Force yourself to go to the gym!. After a couple of weeks and after seeing your encouraging novice results, you will fall in love with the gym!.

The rest is easy!.

40lb is way too much!. Just focus on running and clean diet mostly homemade foods and you will get in great shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well to start you have to do aerobic exercise to loss weight because aerobic literally means "with air" and you lose fat as carbon dioxide which means you breathe it out, so anything that gets you breathing hard, running is the best and most effective!. Also to motivate you to go to the gym, I would choose a set time everyday and go at that time, that way it keeps you on schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
