Is being thin worth exercising and giving up fatty foods?!

Question: Is being thin worth exercising and giving up fatty foods!?
I ask this because I want to be thin but love to eat!. Is it worth giving up junk food and start exercising to loose weight!. I am a 23 year old male 5'9 and weight about 255 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You and I are about the same except I am 34!. I am about the same height as you and I was up to 252!. And I must tell you, I have been restricting my calories for several weeks now and I am down to 235 right now!. I can tell you if it's worth it for me!. I am sleeping better, snoring less, my legs aren't rubbing together as much (becoming raw before), I look at myself in the mirror and my face is much thinner and doesn't look so swollen!. I have more energy, I am more focused at work and my wife is happier that I am taking care of myself!. Those are just a few but I can guarantee, if you just would cut down and watch that caloric intake, you will lose and feel better!. You and I have eaten way too much!. Our bodies don't need it and it will send us to the grave young!. I am ready to change!. Are you!? My goal is to get to 180 pounds!. If it takes two years to do it, I will be patient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being healthier is worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, being thin means you don't have to fight against gravity for every move you make!. Easier on your heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yep, ive wondered that but i consistantly keep picking up the weights or going back on a diet or something!. truth is, it feels good to see improvements along the way but you gotta have a goal body for then end too!. set short term goals for yourself and accomplish them like deadlifting 6 plates or bench pressing 4, or being thin, or having abs!. u gota have some way to measure your progress!. yeah its worth it for sho cuz when u got sixpak abs all the girls will be on ur dick, u can just pick them out at the pool!. i guess if it wasnt for getting hot girls i wouldnt be givin up all the junk food, i guess the health benefits and selfconfidence are a plus too ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
