I need to lose 20 pounds?!


Question: I need to lose 20 pounds!?
i need tips, stories and some ideas on how i could lose 20 pounds in a healthy way, if its walking, jogging, swimming, help me out guys!! i currently weight 140 and i used to weigh 125, but i am in a comfortable relationship so i just stop worrying so much about my appearance, its comming to be hot weather and i want my body back!

Cardio (running or even elliptical/treadmills)
Weight lifting (to tone up and have muscle to burn the fat) not too heavy or else you will bulk up
Low calorie diet!.
A low calorie diet alone is proven to show up to 2lbs of weightloss a week!.
Cut out soda/juices the worst thing to do is drink your calories!.

Although you will lose weight by eating less and exercising, it may not be too much and you may get sick unless you have some sort of supplement to keep your body in a healthy state!. I would suggest something containing Mangosteen extract such as Verve or Vemma!. I have seen this help many in the past!. In a word it depends on your blood type!. If you are O, which I am, then limit your intake of carbs or fats!. Don't eat them together, or one after the other!. Potatoes and Bread are obviously the worst so cut them out, if you have eat fat or carb the wait five hours after before you eat the other, snack on fruit or veg if you get hungry, even if you crave the sugary foods, so cut out the obviously sugary foods such as cakes, biscuits, sweets etc!. Fruit should work as it will raise your blood sugar levels (BSL) to what your body needs!.

Oh, and exercise for half an hour every day, go for a jog, walk the dog, or even an energetic dance around the house/bedroom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
