Question: Will I put on all my weight in just 1 day!?!? PLEASE HURRY!!?
I have been eating 500 calories for about 2 weeks now!.!.!. If I pig out say (1200 calories) or something today and eat 500 calories again tommorrow, will I put on all the weight I have lost!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat 1200 calories today id guess you will have put about 2-3 pounds on by tomorrow!. If you eat 1200 cals and do some exercise, you will probably put 1-2 pounds on!.
If im honest i would say stop eating so little calories, start eating 1200 cals everyday and also do some exercise!. You will most likely put weight on at first because your body is now used to surviving on 500 calories so any more calories then that, which you eat, is now going to be stored as fat!. But eventually, when you get back on track and eat properly enough calories but healthy stuff, and do some exercising you'll be able to lose weight normally!. It wont come off as fast as it probably has in the past 2 weeks but it means it will stay off!. Im speaking from personnal experience - i have tried starvation/restricting calories 'diets' and yes ive lost weight but its impossible to stick to forever and i've put all the weight back on and more!. Im now heavier than i've ever been because of stupid siets like this!. I think since you've only been doing it for 2 weeks you'll probably not put extra weight back on but please stop now otherwise you'll end up like me!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are starving yourself!. You need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day!.!.!. every day!.!. don't ever go below!. You will not gain weight by eating 1200 calories or even 1600 calories!Www@Answer-Health@Com
