It said I was 19% body fat!.!.!. I'm actually about 25%
That's a pretty large margin of error!.!.
Like the previous answerer said, DEXA is pretty much the gold standard now!. However, a bioelectrical impedence type handheld can be fairly accurate if the readings are taken at the right point in your day on a consistent basis!. I have an Omron 306c handheld and when I use it within an hour of waking up like the instructions state I get very consistent results!. Things like exercising and hydration levels though can throw it off, so you don't want to use it right after exercising, right after drinking etc!.!. They cost about $30 online and are accurate enough for most people!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Those are highly in-accurate!.
They don't measure your muscle or anything!.
