Question: Whats the fastest way can i lose weight by june!?
im 14 and i way 180!. i wanna lose weight for summer because of swimming and stuff!. so whats the fastest way i can lose weight before ASAPWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well don't listen to these people when they say starve yourself or only eat when you are hungry!. You can eat when you are hungry but you need to be eating the right food!. Also trying to lose weight really fast will make you sick!. Believe me I know!. Just pace yourself, get on a tredmill and walk about a mile everyday!. You can also lose weight by getting up and dancing around the room like a wild animal!. I know it may sound crazy but it does work!. Once you find something that you love doing and it helps you lose weight then stick too it!. Losing weight doesn't have to be boring and you don't have to starve yourself either!. Just try cutting back on your food!. Like if you were to eat a sandwhich don't eat it all at once!. Save it for later!. I believe you can do it!. Drink lots of water, eat healthy (small meals), exercise (walk, run, jog, lift weights, sit-ups, etc!.)!. Don't eat after 7 PM!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, I wud just suggest that you skip breakfast, and then go to the gym or maybe go for a jog outside the house for at least 40 minutes!.!.!.!.!.Then you wait for aroung 15-30 minutes to cool down, and come and eat something- regular food with some salads on the side!.!.!.!.!.!.and then don't eat anything after that !.!.!.!.!.!.just drink lots of water and maybe eat some fruits and veggies before 7:00 in the evening!.!.!.!.!. and then repeat this everyday!.!.!.!.!.!.!.u'll loose weight fast!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
