How much milk do i have 2 drink a day if i want 2 build muscle?!


Question: How much milk do i have 2 drink a day if i want 2 build muscle!?
im 15, im a slim kinda guy!. i have a lil six pack but i want 2 build muscle!. i only drink milk if i have chocolate nesquik!. And i dont have the time 2 go 2 the gym!. Suggestions on wat i can do at home!? (not running around the house)!. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking milk will not build muscles!. Calcium supports bone strength, and muscle development through consumption of it only occurs if milk proteins are taken in after a hefty work out!.

The only true way is to work out!. If you really can't ever make it to a gym, buy some hand weights and also try other activities such as pullups/chinups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Milk helps build strong bones (calcium) but for building muscle the only thing milk is good for is when you work out!. If you don't work out then milk helps build strong bones and not build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhh doesn't milk like build strong bones!? well if you don't have time to go to the gym practice like push ups or sit ups or jog in place for a while or buy lifting weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to build muscle, you need to go to the gym and lift weights!.!.!. no amount of milk is going to help!!! haha!!!

If you don't have time, buy some dumbells and do a routine in your room, and do sit ups!.

If you want to bulk up abit, use a product called "Creatine"!.!.!. you can mix it with milk, and juice and it retains water in the muscle making you look bigger!. it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more!. actually, eat a lot of protein and buy a whey protein shake supplement for your post workout meal!. a few table spoons of peanut butter per day will also help you put on some weight!. the key to building muscles is to EAT!. then, after you've bulked up, you go on what's called a "cut," where you drop all the excess weight you gained!. but, worry about that later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to drink around 2 glasses(16 OZ) for milk!. What you do is, work out first, either at home or at gym!. Then there are some products in market called "Whey protein"!. Use that!.

To build Muscles you need a LOT of protein you know!. Eat Tacos, Chalupas, beans, nuts!.
