I'm Looking for High Protein foods that will help me loss weight?

I wen to the doctor the other day and my current weight is 259.2 with a BMI of 38.6. I would like to drop down to 225. I'm 5-10 mild build so I feel that 225 will be a safe weigth for me. As will as helping me with my HTN.

Try a can of tuna with lowfat dressing or a skinless chicken breast. The tuna with crackers and mayo has about 350 cals, 2 servings of carbohydrate, and 40 grams (2 servings) of protein. The chicken would have about 250 calories and 2 servings of protein as well.
Tofu is heathy and high protein but I tried it and it's n-a-s-t-y. There are lowfat/lowcal hotdogs available (the turkey ones can be from 40-120 calories depending on the brand) but they don't have a lot of protein. Sausage could be okay if you used it in small quantities to add to a meal such as sphagetti if those kinds of meals are allowed in your diet.
A pork chop without the fat has two to three hundred calories if you bake it in water. That's what my mom does and it comes out very tasty. Ham is pretty low calorie but I can't remember how many, you would have to look it up online.
Be careful not to focus on one food group to lose weight. You need a bit of everything to stay healthy, after all.
