Question: I need 2 lose inches off my thighs by june 1st!?
i also want to tone my abs and arms my thights are 24 inches and i want then to be 20 inches what can i do for that

for your abs!.!.!.do lots of planks!.!.!.they are so good for the stomach! running helps you to get flat abs too!. also try to do alot of crunches!. you can do alot of stomach exercises using the medicine ball too!.
for you thighs:
do lunges!.!.!.vary them!. do walking lunges!.!.!.do lunges backwards!.!.
squats- vary them!.!.!.do it normally, and do it using weights
kicks!.!.!.are excellent for you thighs!.!.!.do it front and back and sideways to hit various muscles!.

if you do these exercises daily!.!.im sure you will lose 2 inches off your thighsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem but I don't care what others think!. If you really want to lose weight try lateral leg lifts and 3 sets of 30 on each leg!. I tried it and I lost like 2 pounds a week, but you have to be committed and can't eat junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is the best thing you can do for weight loss, as far as excersize goes!. Because you lose fat as carbondioxide, so you breath it out, so anything that gets you breathing hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its is very difficult to target ONLY certain areas of the body to loose fat!.
to loose fat you have to do it in general!.!.!. by doing cardio workouts and dieting!.
to tone a certain part, you do weight/resistance training!.
for abs you crunches and leg lifts, for your arms you weight train you biceps and triceps!.
