Best exercises to target inner/outer upper thighs?!


Question: Best exercises to target inner/outer upper thighs!?
I really want to tone up my inner thighs (right at the top), and my outer thighs, right below my hips!. What are some good exercises to really target those areas!? I like doing pilates, and yoga!.!. and I have a home gym weight machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cycling!. But be sure to strech out after!. You don't want extra bulkey legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunges and squats work well so if you have some dumbells-you can do some walking lunges or squats!. If you have a weight machine at home, leg extensions work well to compliment the first 2 I mentioned,Www@Answer-Health@Com
