How do you get rid of lower belly fat?!


Question:

How do you get rid of lower belly fat?

I'm very thin and i eat what ever i want and i don't exercise alot so i'm pretty happy with my body
the only problem area i have is right underneath my belly button my stomach pooches out and i have this annoying little bump
is there anyway i can get rid of this?
and also, is there a way i can do it so that i can still eat whatever i want or would i HAVE to go on a diet :[[

you cant get rid of it with specific exercises (especially sit ups) - all they will do is build muscle and that area will look bigger.
all you have to do is cardio which is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (decreases body fat percentage), do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, those are running, jogging, swimming, cycling, hiking, elliptical etc.
