Elliptical or Treadmill?!
Question: Elliptical or Treadmill!?
Which one is best for weight loss exersize!? I have already aquired a healthy diet and am now looking to get a good exersize ruitine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have a treadmill but im thinking about getting an elliptical!.!.!.!.i burn a good amount of calories on the treadmill but its not so easy on the joints!.!.!.ever since i started really run/walking on the treadmill my knees have been bothering me!.!.!.so i think an elliptical is better for that reason!.!.!.also my friend tells me that you dont get as tired and out of breath on an elliptical so you can go longer!.!.!.and she also said that you'll burn more calories in less time!.!.!.!.i would go with the ellipticalWww@Answer-Health@Com
i'm thinking treadmill, even though i personally prefer the elliptical!.
but both are very good as far as calorie-burning cardio workouts go!

It depends!. An elliptical is generally better becuase of the muscles you use while working out on it!. However, if you set the treadmill at a high incline or a high speed, you could loose the same amount (if not more) than the elliptical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but Elliptical you need to bends your knees a little that way more resistance force for legs become!.
burn more calories BUT on the tread mill you can do interval training is more efficient way to burn calories!.
for example: slow walk 1 min!.and then fast run 1 min!.
