Question:

How do I get rid of my love handles... i'm only 21 and under 100 LBS!!?

I am, and always have been, very thin (currently about 96 pounds.) I love my junk food, but try to maintain a pretty healthy diet. I by no means have any health problems/disorders, just genetically blessed in the sense of a super fast metabolism. However, I have only one huge complaint about my body when it comes to slipping into that cute summer bikini.... love handles!! It may sound silly, but that is the ONLY place on my body that seems to gather stubborn pudge. It just won't budge! Does anyone have any exercises or advice to help me bust this problem?? Thanks in advance!!

damn people, I am not anorexic, all you big people that are 'offended' by my weight need to give it a rest and go seek some serious self help therapy. I am a beautiful girl attending one of the top business schools in the country, I don't need to be told I have self esteem issues. So go take some of your prozac and call your therapist instead of taking out your issues on us thin girls!

Do side situps. You face your knees to the side, then do regular situps.
