Question: Way to lose Weight!?
I am 5'11 and weigh 173 pounds and i get bagged at school 4 being fat!. i do heaps of exersize and i work out!. what do i need to do to lose weight!?!? some one help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think some people are just getting their laughs because they know how to get a reaction out of you!. There is nothing wrong with your weight at 5'11" 173 lbs!. If you are concerned about muscle tone/body shape, you could go to your school gym and lift weights a few times a week!. Many high schools have a weight training program and the PE teachers are generally very happy to help!.

I suspect if you stopped giving these kids a reaction--they'll find either another kid "to bag" and/or find another topic!. Don't let other mean people influence your self-esteem!. Remember it comes from within!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.

drink two or three cups of water, before you eat, decide how much you would like to eat^^

Right, first of all the most important thing is determination!. If you're not determind, it isn't going to work!.

The quickest way to lose weight (the way I used) was a 'ready meal' diet!.

Breakfast - Anything under 200 calories, eg!. 45g of porridge oats and 250ml water microwaved for 3 minuetes!. It fills you up and is good for you!. This is only 160 calories!.

Lunch - Skip this is you can!. If you can't, again have something under 200 calories, eg!. you can buy 'light lunches' like tuna and pasta that will contain less calories than 200!.

Dinner - A 'ready meal' under 500 calories will do it!. These days you can buy loads, Tescos do great ones!.

Drinks - Diet fizzy drinks are great, they fill you up and taste nice!.

Keep this diet up for as long as you want, the pounds will drop off :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its the carbs that kill you!.

Stay away from sugar primarily!. This is the simplest form of carbohydrate and is a killer!.

No bread, pasta, rice!. Drink water and diet soft drinks!. Not fruit juice and coke etc!.

Get your carbs from fruits and veges!. ( I'd avoid bananas though!. )

Exercise!. In combination with this diet, you should really see results!. You will get full value for your exercise instead of having to burn all stores of glycogen in your muscles first!.

The best way to loose weight is to do naturally!. The body will accept it better!. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat!. 3 light meals a day!. No sugar stuff!. Soft drinks are no good!. Plain water is the best!. No sweet drinks and no snack!. Do not eat between meals!. Have regular time meals!. Do not eat before bed!. No supper!. Breakfast is a must!. Take a light lunch!. A lighter dinner!. Less red meat, if possible take fish!. The best way to eat fish is to steam it!. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day!. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd!. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula!.
