flat stomach? What exercises can I do to get a flat, strong stomach. I already know about leg lifts and sit-ups. Thanks! ♥

Alternating leg lifts - one leg six inches off the ground...the other at 90 degrees and just begin alternating them back and forth for a while...keep hands in the small of your back
Six Nineties - both legs at six inches...then move them to ninety degrees...while at six inches hold it there for a good 10 seconds...move back and forth as long as possible...hands in the small of back
Obliques - on your back, legs up at ninety degrees, arms extended out perpindicular to your body palms down...move legs to the left and right (slowly) keeping your legs straight
Supermans - you will need a medicine ball for this...get in the push-up position with hands on the ball...roll it out as far as you can go and then roll back without letting knees hit the ground
There are many others you can also do that are little tougher to explain by typing...just google "ab workout" and you should get a whole lot more
