Question: What's the best way to lose a little bit of weight without drastically changing anything!?
I wanna lose 5-10 pounds!. I already get exercise just about every day but I also eat a lot!. It's hard for me to just eat less so I would need specific things to do!. What's the best way to lose that amount of weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just change what you eat!. Instead of carbs, try to eat more veggies, fruits, lean meats or fish!.
And eat more in the morning and less at night!. Try not to eat after 6:00PM, or if you feel hungry, grab an apple :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you want a snack, just grab a piece of fruit instead of chips or something - or just chew gum

It all depends really!. If your doing alot of exercise and are generally active your going to need to eat alot of complexed carbs (pasta etc)!. Also a good way is by switching to alternatives eg,
!. Skinned milk
!. Low fat margerine
!. Low fat wholemeal
!. Fruit as snacks

eat porridge for breakfast and if your hungry snack on fruit or half pints of water!. green tea is also great!. it helps speed up the metabolism and ur also getting more water :) cut down the carbs an dont eat after 5, its difficult but really worth it! xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
you should eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones you gain less weight if you eat slower and you get fuller faster so you dont eat as much try that and if it doesnt work well then try somethin else!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
