Question: Slimming world or weight watchers!?
Hello, slimming world or weight watchers which do you prefer!? I'm doing weight watchers at the moment and have lost 25lb but need a change do you think i'm right to move to another class!? I dont think my leader is as good as she could be she dosen't motivate the class much!.Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Slimming World is very good as it allows you to eat until you're full and you're not counting everything you eat!. This allows you to change your way of eating permanently!. You have to build in some exercise though or you will end up slowing down/plateauing and giving up!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've never heard of slimming world; and if you're losing

I use to just go the gym and noticed getting very de-motivated and found myself sitting around on the apparatus!.
I now do classes like spin, circuits where you can take part with other people and also have an instructor who observes and motivates all throughout the lesson!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi im a member of slimming world,i have lost over 4 stone,and r never hungry!!! i had the same problem as you i found my new group leader useless!. i swapped classes from thur to tues!.try goin to another group as a guest 1st to see if you like the leader!.!.!.!.!.!. it worked for me!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
