Question: I am planning to lose about 50 pounds during the summer!. Any tips to lose about 10 pounds in a week!?

I know that once I woman has seriously set her mind on something, there is no stopping her, not even logic lol!.

50 pounds in 3-4 months is incredibly unhealthy, and very nearly impossible!. Not even the people from the show 'the biggest loser' could quite pull that off!. But I'm sure you've heard the health risks and side effects a dozen times, so I'll just tell you what I would do when I was obsessed with losing weight, rather than being healthy!.

Alright, since you're not concerned with your overall health, first tip is,
WATER!. Yes you will retain it, at first, but you'll need it for allt he cardio you'll be doing!. 12-16 glasses of water a day, it will fill you up, detoxify your body, and flush your intestines, which bring me to tip 2!.
DETOX!. You can purchase an all natural affordable detox system from just about any store these days,wal-mart, walgreens, wild oats!. I've never had luck with the artificial detoxes, so go for all natural!. You'll lose about ten pounds in 7-10 days with a colin flush, but beware, it may have side effects such as nausia, loss of appetite and seriously larg ebowel movemntss(what with flushing your intestines and all)!.
CARDIO!. A personal trainer will tell you, no, for long term healthy weight loss, build LEAN muscle, FIRST, which consists of about 3 months of weight training to build that healthy lean muscle that will naturally cause you to burn approximately 3,500 calories a week, thats one pound a week, that's one pound extra a week!. BUT, for instaweaight loss, just run!. Run run run!. 30 minutes a day to begin with, every day!. For two weeks!. bump it up to 40 minutes a day for three weeks, then an hour a day after that!. You'll need food, period, we all know starvation forces your body to preserve, and store fat, so DO eat!. But only eat green foods!. Not fruit, fruit is healthy, but full of sugar!. No fruit, only green veggies!. The greener, the better!. Rabbit food, if you will!.

I did this exact 'routine' the summer before senior year in high school, I lost only 43 pounds, but I was sagging like a granny!. That's what rapid weight loss will do to you!. yea its not going to happen , to lose 10 lbs a week you need to either
A!. cut 35000 calories from you diet
B!. Burn that much =impossible
C!. your best best is to mix these two with eating certain foods that actually burn calories, some of the foods you might want to pick up on you next grocery store trip would be Peanut/Almond butter, Any type of nut other than cashews, fruits, and load up on vegetables!. Another great tip is to drink freezing cold water after you eat, you body burns 200 additional calories just adapting to the temp change in your body and it ignites your meteabolism!.

It's not healthy or safe to lose 10 # per week, your max should be 4 or 5#!. Try high protien and veggie meals, healthy snacks 3 per day and excersise 1 hour per day!. you will be better off with gradual weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um, i dont know if this works for that much!.!.!. but excersice and eat healthy foods with low sat!. fats and only eat when you are hungry, not just when your bored and feel like snacking

um dont eat out because there are so many calories!. cut back to a 1000 calorie diet a day!. 100 calorie packs are good!. flavoredwater in stead of soda and i run 2 miles every day or try walking!. no chips, cake, cookies, and icecream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a few things I that may work:

1) Weight Watchers plans!. All of my friends swear by Weight Watchers, but I have never really understood the program!.

2) Special K plan - substitute one meal a day for a bowl of Special K

3) Eat veggies and fruit for most meals and snacks

To lose 10 lbs a week, you would need a calorie deficit of 35000 a week!. That's having to burn an excess of 5000 calories a day! That is not very likely!. Healthy weight loss is losing no more than 2 lbs a week (7000 calories a week)!. Even if you starved yourself and exercised every waking minute, i bet you still wouldnt make it to 10 lbs a week!. And you would pass out several times a day!.
You need to eat healthy and exercise properly and that should help you lose 2 lbs a week!. Simple as that!. And you need a reality check!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
