Is there any kind of pill out there that will make food taste bad? That would be!

Hi!. Of course you know the answer to your question, so no need to say the obvious!. Few points though:

If you are really determined to go that way, then you can always buy food that you don't like and therefore will eat only a little bit because you dislike it but need to eat it because you are hungry!.

However, I do want to recommend you another way!. Something veyr simple!. Eat frequently, every 3-4 hours, something healthy and small, the size of one or two apples!. This will keep you not hungry and will keep your metabolism high throughout the day!.

Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the weight loss result!. So if you keep conscious of your portions and not skip meals this is a very easy thing to do!. Just a little bit of self control and if you keep it up for 40 days it will become a habit!.
