You really cab't, unless you cut down your calories during the day in or even starving yourself which case you'll just get too hungry and binge eat more than you would have eaten anyway!

when you are just sitting at the computer (like when you were asking that question) try breathing in your stomach and holding it for 30 seconds at a time!.
This isn't extremely good but it is proven to make your stomach smaller!.
If you cba to do exercse then just cut out some foods, like don't snack and drink lots instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
