I have simple and FREE 3 types of exercises for you:
1!. Do series of squats and lunges!. Hold weights to do a more efficient exercise!.
2!. You can run for miles, but if you don't like running a lot, Do 10-second hills running!. It is fast and very efficient!.
You have to run as fast as you can up a hill for 10 seconds than go back down jogging!. Repeat this a few times, you will feel your thighs burning right after the first itme!.
3!. Some pilates exercises are great for the thighs!. Here is a link where you will find really effective ones!.

I did all this and I developped muscular but slim thighs!. I get compliments all summer long, at the pool and at the gym!. lol

You cannot target your thighs specifically to be thinner!. To lose fat, you must burn more calories than you take in!. However, your body will use the fat from wherever it wants to use for energy, you can't tell it to take it from your thighs!.
You can, however, tone and strenghten them!. Leg lifts and lunges are good for thighs!. Yoga is great not only for helping to tone the legs, but also for balance and flexibility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk a couple miles a day!. I know it sounds like a lot but I swear to you you WILL loose the weight and you will also get them toned and possibly your stomache as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
