OK i am 5'9 15 female and weight 132 pounds!. I have been on a 1,000 cal diet for about two weeks!.
Is there any diet pills, diets, anything that will help me lose weight fast!?!?

First, you don't need to lose weight!. You are already borderline underweight!.
Second, there really isn't any quick, easy way to lose weight!. Sadly it doesn't exist :(
Diet pills suck!. You may as well just throw your money away!. And believe me, I learned that the hard way!.
A 1000 kcal diet is not enough to eat, especially for a teenager!. Your body will go into starvation mode and actively stop you from losing weight!. And if you keep at it for too long, you will become malnourished and generally rather ill!. (I learned that the hard way too)!. Eat at least 1500 cals, of healthy food!.
Try working on your self esteem and maybe physical fitness, so you become more confident in yourself!. Otherwise, you sound like you're at risk of an eating disorder, if you don't already have one!. Sorry, I know that isn't what you want to hear!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
