yes, it will!. when i started doing ten a day, i could barely do that many!. if youre starting from scratch, ten a day is PERFECT!. when that becomes too easy, go to 15 or 20!. you have to have patience, results take awhile, but after a few weeks you WILL notice a difference!. just keep up the same routine every single day, thats the main thing!. believe me, i know, i used to have absolutely no muscle and now im ripped!. i never go to the gym, although i use free weights at home occasionally!. most of my work out is variations of pushups!. NOTHING will get you big faster!. if its good enough for the marines, i think it'll work for you!. you dont see them hitting the weights, do you!? they lift their own body weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd recommend starting out with 10 push ups a day and then building up to more!. So, say, add another few push ups each day, because you don't want to push yourself too far right at the start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you barely have any now than it might build a little bit, but seriously 10 is nothing!. For the army I did 83 in 2 minutes usually I can do 40-50 non stop in about a minute or so!. So what you need to do is atleast 30 push ups every hour all day!. It may seem like a lot but it really isn't because your arms get such a break!. Of course you can gradually increase if you feel you need more!. But 10 will not really do anything start off with 30 I say!. If your gonna rest arch your back of sag in the middle but don't just give up make sure you finish than take your break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For awhile, but you would only build muscle in one area!. You would really need to do at least 25 push ups a few times a day to really see any results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
