I feel gulty if i eat food, even if its healthy?

I'm dieting and excercising...cuz im overweight, but ever since I have started, I can't help but feel like I did my body harm and slowed down the process when I eat. today, I ate healthy foods, I ran back in my room and i started crying, and i fell asleep, i just woke up now, and went and ate some chocolate cuz what i do seems useless. this has been going on for days, but i havent stopped myself from eating cuz it would be unhealthy, but when i do eat, and i do control portions, i feel so bloated and yucky, like i just ate something bad for me, when ive been eating healthy. i dont wanna eat anymore....because I feel this way. How can I NOT feel this way? I'm 13 and im over weight, not obese.

it doesnt matter what i really weigh....im not asking how to lose weight cuz i already know how. i just feel bad when i eat food, though its all healthy. it makes not want to eat ever again.

What do you really weigh? Are you sure you are overweight? So many girls come on here saying they are overweight and they're weight is FINE. Here's a chart so you can be sure:

So you ate a piece of chocolate....so what. Move on. You are not going to get weight loss immediately. It doesn't work that way. And you have to eat less, eat better and really exercise. So many people think if they go for a 15-20 minute walk, that's going to make them lose weight. Nope.
You need to get rid of ALL junk food, no fast food and NO sodas. (Sodas make you gain weight SO fast.)
Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones. It will keep you from getting so hungry between meals....then you won't overeat and you won't break down and cry and eat chocolate and make yourself even more unhappy.

Have you started your period yet? You may be getting ready to. Being so emotional and feeling bloated and yucky is an ABSOLUTE sign of a coming period. Even if you have started your period before, you can get those same symptoms whenever your period is coming. You should be wearing a panty liner.

Get out there and walk. Now, I mean walk...briskly....put your butt into it! This isn't a slow stroll. You need to do this EVERY day and for at least an hour. THAT and eating right WILL burn calories and fat and you WILL lose weight.
