Help...Please???Nobody seems to answer my questions...?!


Question: Help!.!.!.Please!?!?!?Nobody seems to answer my questions!.!.!.!?
I am 23, 5ft 5 and currently weigh 135lbs!. I got down to 112 a few months ago but it was by seriosly restricting calories!. The problem is that even when i was 112lbs, i still felt fat and wanted to lose more weight!. Im really self concious about my body!. Anyway what im wondering is, now that i have gone up 23lbs, do you think that even if i got down to 112lbs like the last time, would i feel happy at that weight now that i know what its like to be bigger!. Or will i still wanna lose more weight!. This probably sounds a bit stupid and hard to understand what i mean but any help appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

think about it this way!. why do you want to be that thin!? 112 lbs!? at 5'5" 135 lbs you are just about perfect!. you are just like the rest of the world and self conscious about your figure!.some people do something about it others don't!. what you need to do is find out what your man likes!.
you will never be happy with your figure so quit comparing yourself to yourself!. go out and compare yourself to other women!.wanna see how you measure up to the rest of the women just goto the bars and look around!. be careful though you might have to beat the guys back with a stick!. as you look around you will notice that really skinny women are there and overly heavy women are there!. the women that are in the middle are not there because they are not single!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to me it doesn't seem you will ever be content with your body image!. by saying you seriously restricted calories, it sounds as though you had an eating disorder!. from dealing with the same thing myself, it will take a lot of effort to feel good about yourself again =/Www@Answer-Health@Com

135 lbs!. at 5'5" is not a bad weight!. What are you a size 8!? I am 5'5" and weight about 132, I got down to 118 and thought I looked horrid!. Work on being happy with who you are!. Be careful of developing an eating disorder!. Talk to your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure diet will help loose weight, but unless you do something to burn the calories you won't lose the fat!.

The calorie restriction alone sounds like an eating disorder!. If you still felt fat at 112 -an unhealthy weight for your height, you probably feel huge at 135 - a normal weight for your height!. It doesn't sound like you would be any 'happier' at 112 than you would be at 110 or 105 or 100!. You should seek some help with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders and negative body image!.
I recently lost over 30 lbs and weight 128 - I am a lot older than you but I still get those pangs that I need to lose more - which I don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are the only person that can make yourself happy!.
Nobody else can do that for you!. I learned this from
group therapy!. Go join one or accept 135 pounds as
nothing worthy of further comment!. Others have!. They
