Question: I lost 7lbs this week!?
Okay so I just started a "diet"!. It's 1500 calories and my body is freaking out!. I weigh 160 and I'm 5'8!. I lost 7!.5 lbs this week just following this diet is something wrong!? I've heard it's unhealthy to lose too much too fast, but my friend told me 1500 calories is too high to be eating!. I don't know!. Should I eat more on my diet or just keep at it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll find out once you stop the "diet!." If you gain back all that weight quickly then it was a fad diet!. Otherwise to maintain what you put a lot of hard effort into is going to take long time eating (maintainance) changes!. Not just returning back to your old style of eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
