Question: Is it better to exercise then eat or eat then exercise!? Which one would put on less weight!?
Answers:
I am pursuing a masters in nutrition!. Yet what really matters is the amount of calorie you consume in a day, exercise in a empty stomach will make you burn the fat and glycogen stores in you body!. If you eat and then exercise, your blood sugar level will be high and your body will consume the calories you just eat!. The outcome will be pretty much the same because your body will have to use the resevoirs of energy for other functions anyway but it always better burn what it is stored first!.

My advice: exercise then eat!. It does not mean that you have to be starving!. A full stomoch can make you lazy but a totally empty one can make you weak!. Exercise 2 hours before your next meal!. Sticking to low-calorie diet will make a big difference too!. Good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

better to exercise first, have some water before and then after, and eat after that!.

it doesnt really matter, if you eat then excersize then you are working off the food, if you excersize then eat then you are putting it back on, either way you get the same weight!. but you can sometimes get cramps from eating then excersizing, so i reccomend eating after!. xoxoWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you were to eat before exercising, then you could possibly get major cramps!. If you ate a healthy snack after exercising, you would get back some of the calories that you just burned, but if it was healthy it wouldn't be much!. Either way, you lose gain the same ammount, but eating afterword is more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest having maybe a half a banana before a work out!. Working out on a full stomach can be a little uncomfortable!. Either way you need to eat and remembering energy in and energy out, your going to burn calories every work out, so it wont matter what order you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you excercise, eat an apple!. You need something small and healthy for energy to sustain a better workout!. Do not eat something unhealthy or full of sugar!.

After you workout you need some lean protein!. A glass of milk is great if it is fat free!. Soy milk is even better for your heart!.

Why protein after!?

When you workout the muscles you feel getting hard is from the thin outter layer of muscle tissue getting tares!. When you eat protein this repairs the tears by building more muscle tissue in those tares!. This is how we build muscle!.

More muscle helps us burn more calories!.

3 workouts per week is maintanance!. 4 or more workouts are what boosts your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should exercise first then eat!.

Firstly if you exercise on a full stomach you will get indigestion, secondly after eating your blood sugar level rises and it will be this immediate energy source that you burn rather than stored fat!.

After exercising you should eat a small meal containing protein and carbohydrate to promote recovery!. This will help to stop sore muscles the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was told going for a walk after you have dinner helps your body break the food down so i would say go for a walk after eating!!

Eat before AND after!.
Try a banana before hand and then whatever afterwards!.
The food beforehand will give you energy ( just not something big, you don't want it slish sloshing around when you're trying to work out ) , and then you need to take in energy after the workout as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
