Question:

I need eating help!?

I need help- I need to lose weight. I want to lose it in a healthy manner, but I had an eating disorder, and I'm spiraling back into it. Everytime I try to eat properly, I wind up binging or using other symptoms.
I need tips on properly losing weight, please.

It is good that you have recognized that you're falling back into your old bad habits with the eating disorder. Knowing these signs is the key to avoiding them.

The other thing I'd recommend is a partner. Someone who knows about your eating disorder and can help you stay away from those habits. Someone who will encourage you to eat healthy and be a good workout-buddy.

Remember that your goal is to lose just 1 to 2 pounds per week. This is healthy and will help you maintain the wieght loss over a long period of time.
