Answers:
no, you should be fine!.
just tommorrow and today drink lots and lots of water to flush out your system!.
you are kind of underweigth for your height anyways, so it wouldn't hurt to gain some weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it wont!. the food itself doesn't even weigh 8 pounds!. You will be fine!. when you gin Lbs, it is over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok im about the same measurements, and no u will not gain 8 pounds from one day! and y r u only eatin 1000 calories!? thats a perfect wieght! and stop purging, ur gonna kill urself! beleive me, i did the same thing and i wound up in the hospital practically dead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are perfect sized girls worried about their weight!?
Tons of girls would KILL to be that weight,
and yet you still complainWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, a 1000 calorie diet is WAY too low for someone your age, height and weight!.

To maintain your weight, you should be eating around 1900 calories a day (assuming you are somewhat active -- I was conservative here!.)

If your goal is to lose body fat, then you should shave about 500 calories off that number to arrive at your final calorie goal!. That would put you at around 1500 calories a day!. That will result in around one pound of fat lost per week -- a very safe amount!.

The reason you are binging on snack foods is because you aren't eating enough!. At 1000 calories a day you aren't even providing your body with the basic amount of energy that it needs to function properly!. These is why you are craving foods that aren't good for you!.

Even if you did over-eat (which I highly doubt you did, although you may have eaten unhealthy food), one day of unhealthy eating will not cause you to immediately gain fat!. Fat gain takes place when you are eating more calories than you burn over a period of time!.

Finally, at 15 years old, you shouldn't be worried about "dieting" and calorie-restriction!. Focus on eating healthy foods (veggies, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, and plenty of water) and avoid fast food and junk food like chips, nachos and candy!. It's really that simple!.

If you do this, you won't need to worry about how many calories you are eating or getting fat!.

Finally, you mentioned that you "purged" the ice cream!. This may be an early sign of a developing eating disorder, so if this is happening frequently, I would encourage you to talk to a counselor or therapist!. This behavior is very destructive, and will NOT result in you being fit and trim!.

Best of luck !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
