I feel like excercising and dieting is a waste of my time?!


Question:

I feel like excercising and dieting is a waste of my time?

I excercise and diet, but I feel no difference, or see no difference. I am excercising and dieting the healthy way, I wasnt looking for a diet pill or a way to lose 20 pounds in a week. but I'm losing my motivation because I feel like If I have to work THIS hard everyday, and not se any difference, but the changes will come in a while like a long time from now, then this is a waste of time. I dont wanna have to be working real hard for 3 months or 4 months or a whole year jsut to lose 20 pounds. I wanna quit because its taking too long and feels like im wasting my time. How can I keep my motivation. I'm not posting a picture of a model on my wall, or eating in front of the mirror, the picture thing just gave me mental damage, eating in fornt of the mirror...well that didnt work. i dont have friends to do this with either.


Answers:

your body does not want to work. to see results, maybe follow a cardio/weight lifting program to shed fat and build muscle. NO PILLS- they do no good, only harm.

yes it is tough, but one day you will smile when you look in the mirror. Models in pictures have specialized training. There one in a million.
