How can I loose a lot of weight in 2 months?!


Question: How can I loose a lot of weight in 2 months!?
I really want 2 look good for my grad dress which is in June soo I want to loose some weight before I get it !.!. I'm 14 and I'm about 156 pounds I need to loose probably 20 pounds or moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

1st!. try cutting down on food intake!. Don't eat any big meals anymore!. Instead organize the food you want to eat throughout the day in the morning and then put it into about 7-8 little plastic baggies!. Now instead of eating 3 big/medium meals in the day you should eat these throughout the day-ONE AT A TIME!!!!
(basically you are ticking your body into increasing the number of calories it burns regularly)

2nd- Cut down one computer, TV, and other sitting time!. Instead do something active-play a game, go for a run, jump rope-this works really good, go on a walk, play with the dog etc!-this will burn even more calories and you will actually be incraseing a lot jsut by cutting sitting time!

3rd!. Sleep is proven to help you lose weight!. As a teen you should be getting 8!.5-9!.5 hours of sleep so make sure that is a priority for you-also it will give you more energy ans will power to keep to your diet!.

Hi i have been trying to lose a lot more than you and the only thing that is helping me is the gym, when i am good i am very good going each day and drinking tons of water!. When you go and exercise you eat more healthy and sleep better look better and feel better!. Tomorrow what i will be doing is loading up on healthy salads and healthy food and getting out in the fresh air and pounding the pavement go walking or if you a member of the gym go walking and i bet the weight will fall off you email me if you have any tips and i will email you too!. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
