Question: Hmm, just wondering, if we shake our legs while sitting, do we lose calories from that!? :D!?
Because I have this habit that whenever I sit down or lying in bed, my leg would start shaking or i'll tap it on the ground!.

Oh guess what! I'm doing it now!

Haha so will that burn calories!?

Doctors have said depending on the amount you shake or jiggle your leg you burn calories!. Anywhere from 5 to 100 depending on the amount you do it or the length of time you do it!. The longer the more you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
