My wife is pregnant and the doctor said that she should eat boiled eggs for breakfast every morning!.

The reason is that they are full of protein and when a person eats protein, they feel fuller than they actually are!. If you feel full, you are less likely to eat more!. So, it should help a person (male or female) lose weight or, at least, maintain his/her weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. If they're added into a healthier diet, then yes, they can help a woman lose weight!. They're a good source of protein and very low carb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
