Answers:

It used to be a rule of thumb that at 5' even, a woman should weigh about 100lbs. w/ 5lbs for every inch thereover. At 5'7" that would have you weighing 135. As you can see, you're 11lbs less, so I HARDLY think you should be thinking of yourself as fat in any way, shape or form. Anyone wearing size 6 jeans CANNOT be classified as fat, I'm sorry.

Regarding your "pooch": If you look at Egyptian Goddess statues and many other visions of the Goddess from other cultures, you will see they have the same little beautiful "pooch", so this particular feature of women's bodies is something to look at as beautiful, not something you need to be changing. I have read that this little "pooch" is integral to women's health as it is where our womb is and that as estrogens and other hormones are stored in the fat cells, we as women, all need a little bit of fat over our sexual organs to be fertile and in balance. Once that body mass index gets too low, we stop menstruating and our fertility and bone density rapidly and radically decline, so be greatful you have it darlin', it means you're healthy!!! We're NOT supposed to look like boys or heroin addicts, ya know?

You are NOT huge and there is no reason to feel uncomfortable in any way, so pls. quit it. As you are only 14, there is a very good chance you will get taller and even weigh more by the time you are finished growing around 22. I'm 6' tall. At my skinniest, I weighed 129 and was a size 8-10. That was about 22 years ago. I'm still 6', but now I weigh 207-218, and that's after 2 children. If anyone needs to lose weight my dear, it's me, not you! I need to drop about 50-70lbs.
