Question: Opinion on diet and plan!? for those that know stuff about nutrition!?
I have a goal to weigh 175 lbs and then I want to maintain that weight!. I am a 19 years old male!. I am 5'10 or 5'11!. I lift weights 4-5 times per week and alternating lower body and core on one day and upper body on the next!.

Lately I have not been getting enough calories so I have dropped from 170 to 168 lbs!. So my new plan is to keep relative count of my calories and make sure I get 2650 - 3000 calories a day while keeping fairly healthy (mostly reduce sugar and worthless "empty" carbohydrates)!.

I only drink water (and a pretty good amount of it) and I have limited my sugar intake so that it will never go over 60 g per day and will preferably be around 30 g!.

If I eat like I want to each day about 31 - 36% of my calories will come from fat, 29 - 37% will come from carbs, and 28 - 32% will come from protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would up the protein,thats what your body uses to build muscle!. lower your fat, and up your carbs is what fuels you while you workout and do everyday things!. whole grains, veggies,fruit!.
you mostly need more protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
