Question: Is it helthy to DRINK vinegar!?!?!?!?
i dont know maybe im crazy but i used to drink vinegar cause someone told me it helps lowering weight!.!.somehow!.!. and i did it every day i would drink like two inches of vinegar and i was actually lowering weight but then some one told me it could damage something i dont remember what, it was a long time ago, now im thinking of doing ot again!.!.but im not sure so anyone knows!?!?!? if its ok or what!? even thhough it is a thugh drink!
and if you got any recomendation!.!. i just want to lower some weight to start my training again and feel as great as i used to feel when i was 16 :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink vinegar too because I heard it's good for you ^^ But before I started, I went and did a whole lot of research, just to make sure it was true and safe ^^ And here's what I got:
Drinking vinegar is good for you! It can lengthen the healthiness of your life (and your life span!) In Korea, there's a man who owns a large vinegar producing factory, and just a few months ago he released his secret of why he looked so healthy and young despite his elderly age--he drank a shot of vinegar everyday since he was 20 :) (became in love with the stuff, he went and started producing it XD; )
Vinegar is really good for clearing your skin as well!. It really does help! I have less break outs and clearer skin :] You can see the effects of vinegar straight in your kitchen ^^ If you fry a egg and then go to clean it, you notice how hard it's washing off the oil from the pan :[ If you drop a droplet of vinegar, you can see the oil separate from the pan and make it easier to clean!. Think of what it can do for your stomach :D It'll disperse the oil and make it go straight out of your body ^^ (too much oil isn't good for you!)
But be careful! :< There hasn't been any scientific info that clarifies that it helps decrease your weight!. That doesn't mean it's false tho--but just be careful not to over do it!. I personally believe it works tho :)
Don't drink toooo much tho :< You'll end up hurting your stomach!. Vinegar is very highly acidic so if you drink too much on a empty stomach, you'll cause the lining in your stomach to errode away--which really isn't good o-o;; (Your stomach fluids are HCl, very acidic! +vinegar = MORE acidic!. Get it!?) No more than a shot of vinegar a day :0 Never on a empty stomach too! >n<;;
Now I feel like I'm ranting D; But yes it's really good for you!
