Question: What's the best way to lose a lot of weight if you're a teenager!?
I'm really overweight!.!.!. Like, I weigh a little over 100!. =/ So I need to lose about 20!. Any ideas!?

Oh!.!. And I don't eat junk food or drink soda/juice!. It's not that I stopped to lose weight, my mom just doesn't let stuff like that into the house!.

I do exercise, but it doesn't seem to help at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't even try to loose weight, it's seriously un-healthy and somebody's gonna notice soon!. You don't have to stop exercising, actually, that helped me get through some of the hardest part, but you do have to eat someWww@Answer-Health@Com
