Is this healthy?!

Is this healthy?

I was wondering how it would be to drink nothing but fluids for a couple of days. like water, sugar free drinks, and stuff like that. I heard doing that will cause your stomach to shrink and make you feel full lots faster whenever you do eat, which will cause you to lose weight. i would also be drinking stuff like beef broth for meals...so i would have somewhat nutrietion. does this sound healthy or like a good idea to anyone else but me?


Answers:

Sounds alright for temporary. Problem is you may still get hungry. I actually tried that and fluids would fill me up for a short time but i would still get hungry. You could try it, i don't think it would be extremely unhealthy or anything. good luck!
