Question: How do I sculpt my stomach!? [pics included]!?
I want a thinner stomach and maybe abs!. I hate how my stomach looks from the side!.!.!. looks like i'm pregnant! (which I promise I am not)

U really dont look pregnant but if you want to tone up a little sit ups are good and so is getting on your hands and knees and extending your leg and opposite arm!. But just remember it will take timw u cant just do 5 situps and expect to have rock hard abs it will take timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you DON'T look pregnant at all, in fact you look great!. But if you are looking to tone your abs, you need to focus on two things: your eating habits and your exercise habits!. In order to build more muscle mass, you need to be eating "dense" foods, which have a lot of protein, such as chicken and steak!. Make sure these foods are not fried!. It would also be a good idea to cut out greasy and unhealthy foods, if they are in your diet, and maybe substitute soda for water!. However, I do not know your eating habits so I cannot really advise you on nutrition improvements!. For exercise, you should probably begin with simple crunches--lots of them!. Don't get yourself involved with weights or anything!. I would also recommend getting some kind of pilates ball and looking up some simple pilates exercises!. do sit ups on the ball and use weights!. it helped me!. You'll be sore latter but its worth it!. I do the bench to!. I lay back on the ab bench w/ my head tilted down and I use a 10-20 pound ball do sit ups that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

side crunches-25 to 50 a night!.!.!.EVERY NIGHT! if you do this you wont have to spend hours doing 200+ crunches a night!. you must never skip a night or else you will regret it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your stomach will naturally stick out: you've got organs in there, and they do take up space!.
However, if you want to tone your abs, then just try doing crunches and pushups!. Lay on your back and lift your legs off the ground!. Also, when you hold them up, you can alternatively bring them up to your chest and back down!.

Ok first your stomach is not fat at all!.!. and it just looks like your back is arched and you are putting air into it!.
and second you are too thin for your height!. someone who is 5'8 should weigh 140!. so go see a doctor!. I say you should put on 10-15 lbs because you have a small bone structure!. and in you other question you said that you dont think that being 13 or whateva and being over 120!?!? it doesnt matter how much you weigh unless you have how tall you are!.
One of my friends is like 4'11 and she weighs like 90 lbs but that is because she is short!. and I am 5'2 and 115 and a little overweight because someone who is 5'2 should weigh 110!. but I really am not that fat because my face and my bone structure look like I am like 18!. and that is cool but that dont matter!.
