Should i lose weight, am i fat?
i dont really know how much...im 5'8" and i weigh about 138lbs. i play tennis, lacrosse and run cross country, but all my fat gathers at my love handles and stomach. ive been running for a long time and i eat about 2100 calories a day but im stuck at this weight...i think its fat..should i lose weight and how can i do it? a diet i can keep up for my life, not a crash diet

right now im eating about 2100 calories a day of healthy food, but im not losing weight and i need suggestions

well to start.. do crunches and do stretches ... really helps alot.. im 214 lbs 5'10 and im monsterous lol im a major weight lifter so.. yea.. running didnt help alot with me.. i can run a 5 min mile and still couldnt shed my stomach.. crunches and sit ups worked for me... hopefully they work for you..
