Question: I carried my son uphill 2 miles he's 37 lbs, is this considered weight training!?
I kept switching from my right arm to left arm!. My arms and hips hurt so bad!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm surprised at all those who answered yes!. It's considered a workout but it's not considered weight training!. Walking of any kind even with resistance is not considered weight training!. The muscles that you gain are very minimal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats all I did were carry my children around!.
