No Food!!??!


Question: No Food!!!?!?
What would happen is somebody didn't eat anything for a whole day!?!?!? (nobody I know is going to do this, I was just wondering) would they like, pass out!? What if they drank a lot of water!?!? Would they be okay the next day!?!? How bad would this be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you didn't eat for one day you wouldn't pass out, unless you did a lot of running around and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT!. By the end of the day you would probably be very hungry!. If you drank a lot of water, you might not feel as hungry, because your stomach would have some substance in it!. It wouldn't be that bad, and they would be fine the next day!.

A lot of religions have a week of fasting, which is where you don't eat for a week!. It is actually okay to not eat for a certain period of time, in fact, it tends to break down a lot of fat and tighten the skin!. However, there is an amount of time that does become unhealthy and that is where starvation shows itself!.

But to answer your question: Not eating for a day wouldn't kill someone!. It would just make them very hungry the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went for 3 days without food!. Nothing much happened!.!.!.just lost weight and had to start eating again slowly!. And this was under like 100 degree weather too without A/C!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are just going to be really hungry the next day!. Alot of people fast for a day and just drink water!. They say its good to flush your system out every once in a while!. But to go for more than a few days with out eating is not good!. Your body needs energy and it gets it from food!. Your brain needs it energy too!. It all works together!. So, no food, no functioning properly!.
You need to eat, just eat healthy if your worried about gaining weight!. Stay away from sugar, starches, empty calaries, like candy, soda, chips, etc!. Eat fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, whole wheat breads, and drink water!. YUMMMM ! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
