Question: While dieting and excersizing, should I take a multivitamin to help build muscle!?
And if so, what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
A multivitamin will not help you build muscle!. It is a good idea to take a multivitamin if you are dieting, especially if you are eating less than 1500 calories a day!. In which case, you may be missing out on vital nutrients, and a multivitamin can help "fill in the blanks"!. If you want to build muscle, I would suggest making sure you are eating plenty of lean protein like chicken breast, fish, and lean beef or pork!. Eggs/egg whites and even tofu are great options too!. If you want to build muscle beyond what food can provide, try adding a protein shake to your diet each day!. Myoplex makes some great light shakes, or you can even add some whey protein to your favorite smoothie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is important to at least consume the minimum daily requirements for vitamins and minerals!. But you do have to be careful to not overdose on certain minerals and vitamins, especially oil soluble vitamins like D and A and minerals like, sodium, copper, iron, zinc, etc!.!.!.!. You can get 100% percent of D from exposure to sunlight outside!. You can also get a lot of vitamins and minerals from cereal and other foods we eat!. So, although it is a good idea to take a multivitamin every few days or so, you probably do not have to take one every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
